Readict is an app-based reading platform that provides users access to a wide range of genres. We provide a platform for readers to enjoy their favorite stories while letting writers publish easily, build a reader base, and get paid for their work. We host several author programs that work to educate, empower, and publish out authors, helping them grow their careers both on and off our app.
About the ideal candidate – A PASSIONATE WRITER!!!
Responsibilities:
- Create and write English web novels across various genres and themes such as fantasy, sci-fi, romance, mystery, etc.
- Develop engaging plots and characters, maintaining story coherence and appeal.
- Adhere to set creative schedules and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality completed works.
Requirements:
- Fluent in written English with strong creative and imaginative skills.
- In-depth understanding of various genres and the online literature market.
- Good time management and self-motivation, capable of independently completing writing tasks.
- Prior relevant writing experience or published online works are preferred.

We have multiple ongoing opportunities and programs for writers:
1. You can join our work-for-hire program and write within the worlds we create for our serialized novels. We own the copyright.
2. Or you can submit a pitch for a completed/ongoing and previously published book to license exclusively or non exclusively on our platform.
- The following genres will be prioritized: werewolf, billionaire, mafia, fantasy, western, romance, paranormal, vampire, mystery and science fiction.
- Word count: over 100k for completed books; must be able to reach that word count for ongoing books.
