Key responsibilities:

Your focus will be on creating two compelling articles a week centered around sustainability and home improvement. Throughout the week, you’ll engage in a process of refinement and innovation, involving editing, sub-editing, and brainstorming innovative design strategies while working closely with an SEO expert.

Other responsibilities are:

• Creating compelling and targeted web copy
• Taking ownership of briefs as per established weekly timelines and seeing them through to completion
• Maximising peer support in the writing process and giving feedback to fellow copywriters.
• Following up on performance metrics and optimising web content for Acceleration Team.
• Fostering a close collaboration with the SEO team to build on content outlines and refining final drafts.
• Creating strategic briefs for the Design team to level up content and Google rankings by optimising for image SEO.
• Publishing content via the company’s content management systems.

• You enjoy doing in-depth research about topics to write accurately and based on the most recent research data available. This could include diving into specific sources, like scientific papers and databases.
• Delivers optimal results and efficiently accomplishes tasks by taking advantage of tools, resources, and support from colleagues.
• You’re able to present concepts and copy to stakeholders and support work with a clear rationale and recommendations.
• Communicating clearly and talking with colleagues is not a problem for you.
• You are proactive and you can adapt different working styles as the needs of the business evolve. business evolve
