From designing tools that help individuals navigate their financial future to building new retirement offerings, our team is contributing to Guideline’s mission of ensuring everyone arrives at retirement with a plan.

What You Will Work On

• Act as sole owner of content strategy
• Work closely with product teams to design, write, edit, test, and improve content that makes our products easy to use
• Own product flows, interface language, education materials, product names, navigational nomenclature, taxonomies, and other content around Guideline experiences
• Edit and contribute to our Design System in Figma and other design tools
• Collaborate with every discipline including legal, compliance, engineering, product, research, marketing, and customer operations.
• Independently and proactively identify projects across several teams
• Report directly to the Senior Director of Product Design

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of product and UX writing experience
• A portfolio that showcases your past projects
• Comfortable communicating complex ideas to broad audiences
• A proven track record in your personal approach to user-centered design
• Love to collaborate with other teams, designers, and PMs across the company; you communicate proactively and often with cross-functional teams, you are great to collaborate with, and comfortable taking the lead in a fast-paced environment.

Offer Package

The expected Salary Range for this position is $160,500 – $187,750 annually. Compensation is determined by numerous factors such as your qualifications, experience, and work location.
