Job Title: Course Writer for Online University Degree Program

We are seeking a talented and experienced Course Writer to join our dynamic team at Entheon Institute, based in Naples, Florida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging and informative course content for an online degree program. This role involves leveraging online resources, artificial intelligence and collaborating with subject matter experts, to create innovative course scripts that facilitate effective learning through our digital platforms. This is a hybrid position requiring both on-site and remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with faculty and subject matter experts to develop course outlines and objectives that align with program goals and accreditation standards.
• Write clear, engaging, and pedagogically sound course scripts, including lectures, activities, assessments, and supplemental materials, for a variety of subjects.
• Leverage online resources, databases, online textbooks, and artificial intelligence tools to enhance content quality and efficiency of content production.
• Adapt course content to suit diverse online learning styles, ensuring accessibility and inclusion for all students.
• Conduct thorough research to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and up-to-date information.
• Revise and update course materials based on feedback from instructors, students, and review.
• Work closely with the instructional design team to ensure that course scripts effectively integrate with learning management systems and online learning platforms.
• Participate in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities to stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in online education.

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Writing, Instructional Design, subject-specific field, or a related discipline. Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a course writer, instructional designer, educator, or similar role.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable and engaging manner.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), online education technologies, and artificial intelligence tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
