As the Evergreen Updates Editor you will be expected to work closely with the editorial and SEO teams to ensure the execution of evergreen updates, quality control, and workflow. As well as, implementing, maintaining, and ensuring the execution of those processes & workflows. There are two openings for this role and you will either be focused on our website Prima Games or We Got This Covered.

Other Duties Include

• Execute quality control of evergreen content and updates. Outline necessary changes and improvements to content to improve search engine rankings, traffic, and user engagement
• Analyze and report traffic and SEO performance of evergreen content
• Assist other SEO staff with analysis and strategy in regards to existing evergreen content
• Achieve search engine keyword rankings and website traffic from evergreen articles through quality control, freshness, and other improvements
• Utilize tools including Google Analytics, SEMRush, Google Trends, Lightdash, Google Sheets, Slack

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years worth of experience in editorial writing
• Highly organized and diligent individual
• An understanding of SEO and how it works

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years worth of experience as an editor
• Previous hands-on experience with SEO and analytics
• Leadership experience
• A love of spreadsheets, creating efficient workflows, and video games / esports

Salary range: $47,000 to $55,000 USD per year. (Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Salary range may differ for international candidates, based on location.)
