About The Role

We are looking for candidates who are interested in creating unique insights on homes for sale in the Bay. Aalto creates transparency for buyers so they can control their purchase, and one way we do this is through simple, digestible summaries of homes for all Aalto buyers to see. This allows buyers to know everything about a home before choosing to tour, saving everyone time and stress. This is a great opportunity for a strong writer with a real estate or legal background, though our ideal candidate is an independent, licensed real estate salesperson in the Bay Area.

What You’ll Do

• Create simple summaries of disclosure packages for buyers (sample here)

Who You Are

• Someone with knowledge of Bay Area residential real estate disclosure packages and a strong sense of judgment for what information buyers need to know
• A clear and concise writer with experience summarizing legal documents
• Able to prioritize time-sensitive projects so our buyers can have full information on homes, even before they hit the market

Compensation

This is a contract role and pays on output. The pay is $50 – $100 per summary, depending on the home and the time required to complete the analysis.

This role is fully remote within the US.
