​Prison Fellowship® trains and inspires churches and communities—inside and outside of prison—to support the restoration of those affected by incarceration. We equip correctional leaders, volunteers, and incarcerated men and women to make prisons more rehabilitative places; we advocate for a more restorative criminal justice system; and we collaborate with churches and local service providers to support former prisoners, their families, and their communities.

​What We Are Looking For

A driven and mission focused Digital Content Designer to create digital and print media assets from concept to completion for use in training programs, presentations, the intranet portal, meetings, and other PF programs. Through your strong writing and graphics, you will assist in our visual storytelling effort on our content management systems.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of basic principles of the Christian faith; excellent written, oral and relationship skills; demonstrated experience with content management systems. Demonstrated experience in the following areas is key:

• Adobe Creative Cloud suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Office 365 applications to provide graphic design and message design services (e.g., consulting, ideation, design, and production)
• Development of reports, presentations, and print instructional materials

Minimum Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in graphic creation and design using industry-standard tools
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in graphic/visual design and/or media production
• Demonstrated mastery of all aspects of graphic design for digital and print media
• Demonstrated application of effective message design principles
• Intermediate or higher-level skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office 365 applications, Windows and Apple Operating systems
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• This is a remote position beginning in late April 2023 – early June 2023
