Pay and Benefits

• Hourly pay: $27/hr
• Worksite: Leading technology and data solutions company (Remote, must be able to work PST hours)
• W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program
• 40 hours/week, 3 Month Assignment

Responsibilities

• Research, plan, design, write, and continuously update game-related content and training materials.
• Create a wide range of high-quality documentation using clear and concise language.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams located around the world to document clear information on tools, APIs, processes, and agent workflows.
• Create training materials for new launches and updates for Support Agents.
• Review and edit content provided by partners, players, and the community.
• Collaborate with program managers and player support to keep up with the latest game developments and to author content that will attract and support players.
• Use data to inform content and training strategy and improvements.
• Align with business goals and team priorities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience writing and publishing game-related content or training.
• 1 year of Zendesk experience.
• 1 year of Office 365 and SharePoint experience.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly, concisely, and accurately.
• Ability to work without too much direction.
• Passion for gaming and a sincere interest in the latest technology trends.
• Desire to build a world-class player experience from the ground up.
