We are looking for a (freelance) Writer / Editor-in-Chief who understands all the moving pieces of modern web marketing and really loves high quality content writing within that domain.

If you like working in a fast-paced environment where you can really add value, this is the job for you!

About the Position

Content writer / Editor-in-Chief As a (freelance) Content writer you will be helping us to support our marketing department to offer engaging content to our customers. You will help growing our companies, and help our projects succeed by applying your writing skills to support the growth process.

We are dedicated to providing high quality services to our customers, which is why we are actively sharing educational materials like ebooks and blog posts with our interested leads. You will work together with our Marketing and Sales team so they can reach out to new leads which you helped to generate.

As we create SaaS based products, experience with writing about technology is a must have.   These are the most important aspects you’ll be working on:

• Managing and Creating Content (website, blog, social media etc.)
• Managing and Creating CTA’s
• Compiling Landing Pages
• Writing and analysing emails (mass, transactional, drips)
• Managing and Creating gated content (such as ebooks or infographics)
• Covering news that is relevant to our target groups
• Monitor and adjust content to fit our brands’ guidelines
• Translate business objectives and strategy into compelling written content for specific audiences

About You

Skills

• You have excellent communication skills
• You are comfortable to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• You master the English language — you are a native English speaker or a certified English content writer.
• You are creative and have strong copywriting skills
• You are driven, enthusiastic and have a sense of humor
• You love to be your own leader and aren’t scared of a little writing challenge!

Experience

• You have experience in content writing, especially about (SaaS) technology
• Experience in writing about “Disaster Recovery” is a pré
• HubSpot experience is a pré
