Full-Time Content Writer

Job Description
As an independent, experienced Senior Content Writer with an aptitude for collaboration and open communication, you will be part of the Creative Team that serves a variety of international enterprise clients. These Will Be Your Key Performance Areas
1) Content Writing
- Write high-quality, insightful, and valuable content for clients; this content should align with the strategies and meet all deadlines.
- Write innovative and entertaining content.
- Be available to proofread colleagues’ work and check quality.
2) Research, development, and marketing of new content
- Conduct in-depth research and interviews as required to produce the aforementioned content.
- Develop and launch new marketing campaigns through excellent and interesting copy.
- Help develop ideas for building out the business’ content offerings, e.g. podcasts, video, etc.
3) Keeping up with industry standards and trends
- Keep abreast of clients’ industry activity and make recommendations for content based on insights gained.
- Regularly audit and improve the website; write and edit content and copy to ensure it’s all up to date and the right fit in this incredibly fast-paced industry.
- Keep abreast of developments in the content marketing industry and share insights with other writers.
4) Content Strategy and Process
- Assist in the development and maintenance of content strategies and calendars.
- Follow Huble’s processes and ensure project management tools are kept up to date.
- Run collaborative sessions with clients to produce strategic outputs, such as content plans and persona documentation.
- Uphold our stylistic principles and those of our clients in all created content.
Requirements
This role is best suited for someone who has the following:
- Extensive writing experience in a professional capacity.
- A strong understanding of digital strategy and our business’ mission.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a proven ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging content.
- The ability to adapt style, tone, and voice to a client’s brand guidelines.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts.
- Excellent knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics (especially as they relate to content creation and optimisation).
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Tertiary degree in English, Copywriting, Business & Management, or a relevant field.
- Experience working with B2B tech clients and an understanding of Inbound Marketing would be highly advantageous.
