About The Role

As Aura’s Content Strategist, you will play a key role in shaping and executing content strategies that align with Aura’s audiences and objectives. Through a deep understanding of our customers and business objectives you will embody the voice of the brand, collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure cohesive and authentic messaging across all channels.

Day-to-Day

• Develop and implement customer-focused content strategies that align with audience personas, brand voice, and overall business / product objectives.
• Build robust research processes to better understand audiences, motivations, and engagement.
• Lead team in development, writing, and curation of educational content that compels audiences across various customer touch points.
• Build new content function focused on healthcare and wellbeing, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to ensure accuracy and relevance of content, and compliance with regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Ensure consistency of messaging across Marketing, Product, and Design, influencing partners to comply with content strategies and industry standards.
• Develop new processes for content distribution across multiple channels (product, website, social media, email, etc.).
• Regularly monitor content performance and adjust strategies based on data insights.
• Optimize content for SEO to improve discoverability and ranking.

What You’ll Bring To The Table

• Minimum of 8-12 years experience as a Content Strategist or Content Leader.
• Portfolio of work showcasing brand-aligned content across channels.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Deep experience tailoring content to connect emotion to action.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Track record of success in a dynamic, rapid growth environment.
• Familiarity with industry-specific content regulations and compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with content creation and editing in the medical or wellbeing space.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and regulatory considerations.
• Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical marketing.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools.

Candidate will be asked to link / share relevant writing samples / portfolio that clearly demonstrate above qualifications.

Pay range for this position is $145,000 – $250,000 but may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location.
