Full-Time Content Strategist & Copywriter
Oak Theory is seeking a dynamic Content Strategist and Copywriter who will be a key player in both our internal branding efforts and client-facing projects. This role demands a blend of creative prowess and strategic thinking, with responsibilities ranging from developing engaging content for Oak Theory’s own digital platforms to crafting bespoke content strategies for our diverse clientele.
The ideal candidate will excel in understanding and articulating various brand voices, including our own, and translating them into compelling narratives that resonate with different audiences.
- Strategic Content Development: Devise and implement content strategies that align with Oak Theory’s branding for internal purposes, and adapt these strategies to suit the unique needs and goals of our diverse client base.
- Copywriting and Editing: Craft compelling, clear, and brand-aligned copy for websites, marketing materials, and social media platforms for both internal and client-facing work.
- Client Collaboration and Communication: Regularly liaise with clients to understand their content needs, present content strategies, and gather feedback to refine our approach. Act as a bridge between Oak Theory’s creative team and clients to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.
- SEO and Content Analysis: Apply SEO best practices to enhance online visibility. Regularly review content performance metrics, and provide insights to both internal teams and clients for continuous improvement.
- Market Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest trends in content strategy, web and UX/UI design, and digital marketing. Apply these insights to keep Oak Theory’s and clients’ content strategies fresh and effective.
- Presentation and Reporting: Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and reports to internal teams and clients, showcasing content strategies, performance results, and future recommendations.
- Able to work in EST time zone
- Proven experience in both internal and client-facing content strategy and copywriting roles.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and UX/UI principles.
- Ability to adapt writing style to suit various audiences and industries.
- Proficiency in content management systems, analytics tools, and presentation software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
